Steve Noble & Alex Maguire

Steve Noble was a student of the Nigerian drummer Elkan Ogunde . In the early 1980s he was a member of the group Rip Rig & Panic . In 1985 he took part in the Thessaloniki Jazz Festival as a member of Derek Bailey’s band, with whom he continued to work in the following years.

British pianist Alex Maguire remembers improvising on the piano before he received any lessons, which started at age eight.

Steve Beresford & Francine Luce

Steve is a British musician who graduated from the University of York. He has played a variety of instruments, including piano, electronics, trumpet, euphonium, bass guitar and a wide variety of toy instruments, such as the toy piano. He has also played a wide range of music. He is probably best known for free improvisation, but has also written music for film and television and has been involved with a number of pop music groups.
