Pour a generous measure of prosecco into your favourite glass, add a big splash of aperol - or if you like your spritz bitter , as I do, use campari or cynar (made from artichokes so you get your veg too!) and then complete your drink by adding soda water, top up with ice and serve with a slice of orange on the side…
